All Sales Are Final

Because of the nature of our products, all Press Queen Nails sales are final, and we’re unable to offer refunds.

We truly want every Queen to feel confident and happy with her purchase If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to request an exchange within 10 days of the original purchase date. Contact: sales@pressqueennails.com

 

Exchange Policy

● Exchanges are available for the same product or a product of equal or lesser value.

● Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

● No refunds or store credit will be issued for any price difference when exchanging for an item of lesser value.

● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged due to an error by Press Queen Nails.

● Items that have been worn, applied, altered, filed, glued, or otherwise used are not eligible for exchange.

● Exchange requests made after 10 days from the purchase date cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to Press Queen Nails as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and make it right for you.
